1. The only small minor downsides were that the location being in the financial district makes it difficult to find coffee shops/stores open on weekends nearby, but a 5-10 minute walk seems to remedy that; and the air conditioning didn't get loud enough (we usually like to sleep with a fan on) nor cold enough - this also meant traffic (which is fairly minimal here on weekends) was a bit noisy.

7. Unfortunalty, it was so noisy (I could hear the conversations from the parking lot and I was on the 5th floor) I thought a window was open, but not the case.

10. When you have jet lag this can really become an issue, the fridge is quite noisy itself but then it vibrates the cabinet handles aswell which can grate on you after 10 nights.
