1. Bill was incorrect (and another guest was complaining about the same issue), and the room's internet connection was improperly installed and apparently had been that way for quite some time.

3. About the only issues were a bit of street noise and if you go left (south) out of the hotel you run into a not-so-great area.

5. We had one minor issue and the staff remedied it within minutes and even sent up a bottle of wine with some fruit and cheese for the inconvenience.

7. When you have jet lag this can really become an issue, the fridge is quite noisy itself but then it vibrates the cabinet handles aswell which can grate on you after 10 nights.
