1. Tips:-rooms _01 and _02 are relatively close to the elevator, so perhaps avoid those 2 rooms on each floor to avoid elevator noise.

2. The Tenderloin area they tell you to avoid when you get there is supposedly behind the Civic Center, but it looked pretty bad in all the area.
