1. Breakfast was included but we didn't eat much of it as it lacked protein - mainly coffee, bread/toast, peanut butter, nutella, muffins/pastries/baked goods, homemade cookies, yogurt and cereal.

2. Having said that the coffee was delicious and they also supplied home-made peanut butter cookies and home-made peanut butter and jelly bars which made up for the lack of anything more substantial.

3. The only negative is the lack of hotel parking, but I was given a good rate at an off street parking garage around the corner.

4. Just as a note to those inclined to be surprised by no air conditioning: the lack of air conditioning is common for older hotels in SF.
