The hotel is also a 5 - 7 minute walk from Union Square and all the shops which is handy but not great for the credit card :)I was worried about the area that the hotel was in because of its close proximity to The Tenderloin (About 10 minute walk) but we really liked the area and never ever felt unsafe, even at night and we had no issues with walking back late at night.

6. Our room faced onto Bush Street which can be noisy in the morning, so request a room on the other side of the building if that that may be an issue you.
