1. We arrived 20 minutes before the check in time and he was pretty short in telling us our room wasn't ready, in all honesty everytime i spoke to this guy he was pretty weird.

2. For some weird reason, the nicest neighborhoods in SF do not have luxury hotels, but this hotel met my needs; it was quiet, clean, and they give out great city guides for everything you need to know; restaurants, cheap eats, coffee houses, good breakfast, nightclubs, it`s all the stuff they dont include in tourist books and you can`t beat the price.
