1. We walked from Pier 33 back to our hotel without any issues.

2. Through no fault of the hotel's we had some sleep issues due to a screaming baby waking up around 3am just about every day and some families did let their kids tear up and down outside the rooms.

3. We were on the second floor, and while we didn't have any issues with street or traffic noise, the walls between rooms seemed quite thin.

10. The hotel recently (I guess) has had some issues with structural support or something, because there were exposed support pillars with yellow tape put all over them holding up the second floor.
