4. In fairness the pool and gardens were closed for during our stay so perhaps it has a nicer feeling when that is all up and running (??) We were also disappointed with the front desk's knowledge of the neighbourhood as they were unable to direct my husband to an internet cafe or Kinko's when the need to use a computer arose.
