1. This was more worn than the room that we had previously stayed in and we asked if we could change to a room more similar to the one we had occupied before which they did swiftly and without hesitation.

2. Outdated and worn small tile worn flooring to the beaten on wood surfaces to metal framed elevators and 80's style cheap mirroring in the lobby it basically impressive many years ago but now four stars.
