3. The only downside was actually quite amusing - some uptight couple on the elevator berating the poor bellman, upset that they requested a higher floor when making reservations but found the room was booked for the 5th floor on arrival.

5. We have to call to check and the person who anwered the phone couldn't explain clearly - poor English.
