5. What really irked me was that we used their coffee maker in the room each morning (really bad news coffee -- and how to work the coffee maker was ridiculous -- and the instructions seemingly were written in some other language or for some other coffee maker).

7. I felt bad for the person who got stuck with my room after we vacated but I know they put someone in there because they were full.
