5. I managed no problem to print boarding passes and if I had any complaints it would be the parking at $57 a night a little on the high side but it is city centre so compares to London.

A minor complaint was that on my last night, having arrived back from the Alcatraz night cruise at about 10:30 and going for my last cocktail - a cleaner started mopping up behind me at 11:10pm (the bar closed at 11pm) not what I had come to expect after a week at this lovely hotel - but the night staff were very apologetic and stressed this would be something they wouldn't allow to happen in future.

9. My only complaint would be that wifi really should be free in a hotel of this calibre (we stayed in considerably less expensive hotels where the wifi was complimentary).

10. The my only minor complaint was that some of the channels on our TV did not have volume and since we didnt spend much time in the Hotel we decided not to say anything until our 3rd day there but once we did it was fixed immediately.
