1. The rooms do not have air conditioning, but they come with a pedestal fan and it's enough to take the musty-hotel smell out of the air in minutes.

5. The hotel desk clerks were very friendly and helpful, however the hotel smelled like mold and mildew and needs to be aired out and cleaned.
