4. I suggest you get a multi-day Muni pass and take full advantage of riding the trolleys and buses as walking up and down hills get difficult when loaded down with luggage and shopping bags.

5. Only problem was the lift was out of service so climbing up to the 7th floor wasnt much fun after a long flight, it seems from reading past reviews that the lift is out of service a lot so maybe the hotel should take steps to address the problem, its only one lift so it cant be that difficult .

6. There is no natural light and the artificial light is not overly bright, yet they have laid brown striped carpet which makes it very difficult to see the edge of the stair tread.
