1. The only complaint I could possibly lodge against the hotel is that I will say that the front desk staff were not overly friendly (though not positively unfriendly, just kind of cool).

2. The Americano bar and restaurant is very stylish and obviously a cool place to hang out, but the food we had was distinctly average and the service was a bit unfriendly.
