5. Two Michelin restaurants either side of it, Epic, an outstanding steak restaurant five minutes away with Prospect also nearby, food is not an issue.

6. One minor annoyance: no coffee maker in the room but comp coffee in the lobby and Starbucks across the street took care of that issue.
