1. My one complaint last time we stayed was that we got one of the rooms with a big bath tub, and the bath was fantastic but the bed was small and not very comfy.

2. The only minor complaint I can come up with is the noise factor can be a bit much if you're on one of the lower floors, but even that can be covered up with the handy white noise machines they have in their rooms.

4. The only complaint I could possibly lodge against the hotel is that I will say that the front desk staff were not overly friendly (though not positively unfriendly, just kind of cool).

7. One small complaint is that the walls are fairly thin - to our chagrin at 3am we were woken to house music playing loudly in the room beside us.

After an open-air tour around the bay and over to the ocean cost of San Fran we came back to the hotel chilled to the bone one day and it would have been really great to have a nice hot tub at that moment, but this is a common complaint I have with contemporary hotels, who think that providing a big rainshower-type shower is fine.
