5. The only negative thing that we found about the room was that the bathroom looked like it had been kitted out by Super Mario with a shorter bath than normal and a fixed shower head that was way too low.

7. negatives We were given a room beside a terrace where people tended to hang out so we had to keep our curtains closed all the time.

8. Despite our awesome room on the 7th floor with a waterfront view of the Bay Bridge, we had some minor snafus with service involving a coffeemaker in the room, and a broken safe, but these did not negatively impact our overall stay in these beautiful surroundings, and the great location.
