1. Con's: our upgraded view room was very small (barely held 2 full size beds) no roll away allowed, the view was of an alley and the worst part was the temperature control automatically went back to 73 degrees at night and left the room sweltering while sleeping.

4. worst part was the wedding party that got a little rowdy in the elevators, but my room was peaceful the entire time.
