Even worse, when trying to remedy this situation and offer additional computers behind the front desk to guests that have waited too long - there seems to be miscommunication between the hotel staff - with one happily offering extra computers for guests to use briefly, and another (the only nasty staff member we encountered at this hotel) rudely kicking us off shortly thereafter.
