1. Stayed one night in the hotel and there was roadworks close by, the hotel did everything they could to keep the inconvenience of the roadworks noise away from the hotel guests.

2. Also, bar fridge is very small and in inconvenient place -- makes it difficult to have your own water bottles, etc,Also, if you are travelling with a few other family members, drawer space is limited.

8. I promptly received a response from the hotel's general manager Carmen Serra and she apologized for the inconvenience the rental car company caused us,and refunded the rental car fee back to our credit cars.

10. The only bad mark I would say is for the tourist, this hotel is located in the middle of the financial district and that makes tourism a little inconvenient although if you don't mind San Francisco's bus-schedule it's not bad.
