The front desk was
rude
both at check-in and check-out -- the person chatted on the phone while I was waiting to check in (Five Star Service - I think not.

Four Seasons Hotels, as a rule, lease the building's they occupy, so maybe the lease is about to run out? I did encounter one experience where I was treated
rude
ly by an employee who tried to argue with me about an issue.
