s from our POV; no coffee pot in the room (not uncommon in 4 star hotels), and the listed address is not where you go if arriving by car - that is a mailing address.

downside
of the hotel is that kids cannot use the pool at LA Fitness which is connected to the hotel.

The only
downside
is that the lobby is on the 5th floor, and the bell desk/entrance is on the ground floor, and trying to find your way around can be very confusing at first.
