1. I have been staying at this hotel since it opened and it has always had the same problem.

2. The only problem was upon leaving the hotel, the hotel's printed instructions to the airport sent us through construction work in the neighborhood and it took us 20 minutes to leave the immediate neighborhood.

5. This was not a significant problem since my husband keeps straps to tether the bags in the top pocket (which helped to get them inside without a cart), but it was surprising.

The staff were nearly all courteous and polite to the point of making it feel like you were at home, except for the very tall bald black doorman who had a serious attitude problem, and not only ignored me but sneered and turned his nose up at me when I entered, and I saw hugging friends of his while on duty, the management need to get rid of him quickly.

9. The manager corrected the problem quickly, and that was the only glitch in what was otherwise a great stay.
