1. One negative annoyance, nothing grave but it does matter -- for $500 a night, I don't want to be charged for wireless.

2. The only small negative is that there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, so trekking down to the Business Center in a robe (provided) to use the internet is out-of-the-question.
