1. The traffic noise below was also not an issue, especially given the proximity to Michigan Avenue.

2. Kelly was the only one on duty and there was no maintenance people on-site at this 10 PM time so it took over an hour to get a plunger and fresh towels to 'solve' the issue.

3. The staff was as helpful as they could be - Kelly did everything she could - but unfortunately we had three issues during our stay, all of which could occur anywhere, but it just seems too much for one trip.

6. Reception staff confronted us whilst checking out, claiming that we hadn't paid (we were part of a pre paid group booking) and this made us feel very uncomfertable, although the issue was soon dealt with.

9. We had a tiny bathroom with no exhaust, and there's just one mirror in room, in the bathroom (when there are more than 2 women in a room, this quickly becomes an issue.
