1. Our coutch bed was BROKEN at 4am we called to have someone fix it they said they were extremly busy and could not send anyone up for awhile we waited 15 min and called againto tell them how busy can u really be at 4am??.

2. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom was the size of a refrigerator, the windows were broken, the curtains didn't cover the windows, the beds sagged in the middle, there was a total of one hanger to hang up your clothes.
