1. Well I was wrong, my bathroom is bigger than this room and plus heat/ac doesnt work and bathroom was so small that after I took shower there was water everywhere even in the bedroom.

3. If you talk to the right employee you will get what you want, but if you talk to the wrong employee you will be spending a lot of money on a crappy hotel experience and getting very hot under the collar.
