1. I was referred to the Albion by another hotel in 2008 due to reservation problems.

7. They said they would give me a fan and show me the room so I could decide whether the lack of A/C would be a problem.

8. I do understand mechanical problems but I do feel the attitude was uncaring, so I would only recommend staying here if you don't mind a very small room and possible lack of service under crisis conditions.

9. When I arrived the valet let me know that he was going to hold on to the car while I checked with the front desk because they were having some problems with the air conditioning.
