5. The staff at the hotel were very helpful throughout our stay, apart from the valet parking guy who was really very rude to my girl firend when she asked at the desk about parking and not this guy.

6. Black mould in the bathroom & coming thru the walls, you are not allowed to leave early unless you pay the full reservation that you commit to upon check in, front desk staff rude & abusive.
