1. complained to reception when checking out the first time that the internal and extrnal noise was unbeliveable, thin walls and rubbish windows, bathroom was very very small dirty and poorly planned/installed/maintained.

3. When we complained, the valet employees claimed not to speak English even though I had talked to the same people the day before and had no problem, so I switched to Spanish and was told to go talk to someone else and dismissed.

9. However on other days leaving in and out of the hotel, you cannot help overhear any of the other complaining guests as you have to pass by the front desk to get to the elevator, stairs or just by being in the lobby.
