3. I do understand mechanical problems but I do feel the attitude was uncaring, so I would only recommend staying here if you don't mind a very small room and possible lack of service under crisis conditions.

5. A few downsides include the lack of a coffee machine in the room (although there is a Starbucks and McDonald's nearby), no ice machine and the fact that the airconditioning vent in the bedroom was non-functioning.

7. The immediate stretch of a couple blocks of Lincoln Road where the hotel is located is slightly run-down and certainly lacks the glamour and action of the pedestrian section of Lincoln Road, located just 50 yds.
