6. With those minor issues alone I would have given it a rating of four, but it gets a poor rating for its staff and the managements lack of caring when something goes, in my case, very wrong.

7. My only complaint was on 2 occassions we had knocks on the door from maintenance of which we had not requested, I put this down to there being so many floors and they got the wrong floor.

9. I am sure that having the wrong neighbors could still change this-- but this factor alone would tip the scales toward Vdara every time in our opinions.
