1. Tip - take tea and coffee - the tea is pretty weak over there and the instant coffee terrible.

4. The rooms are tastefully done and mine had a tiny kitchenette (Vdara was supposed to be a condo tower, but became a hotel due to the terrible real estate market).

5. The Marketplace closed early and when open had a terrible selection of snacks and foodstuffs at prices that were ridiculous.

6. The other crazy thing is that there is no coffee maker in the room and only one small, terribly slow coffee shop in the building.

8. I was nervous when I made the reservation because of all the reviews that said the customer service was terrible and the location was inconvenient, but all fears were gone within 30 seconds of arrival.

10. The biggest downfall of the hotel is the customer service they are terrible, They double charged both myself and my girlfriends credit cards the full rate 'we were splitting the room price'.
