1. Room was very clean and housekeeping even called us when they were unable to get into the room (we'd come back early to hang out and didn't want to be disturbed) to see if we needed anything.

That goes for the interior, too -- my first room had a connecting door (always a bad sign), through which I could hear the TV of my inconsiderate neighbor (loud but not quite bad enough to complain about) -- plus, in the middle of the night I was disturbed by distinctly audible loud conversation that went on for some time.

5. We opted not to have room service since we were only there for a few days but the front desk took the time to place a call each day letting us know they were aware that we had posted a 'do not disturb' sign on the door and if we needed anything to just call housekeeping and they would bring any supplies needed.
