They never told us that our keys had an electronic
chip
in them to open the main door to get to the rooms, and as we were trying to figure it out for several minutes how to get the door open, no one at the desk told us even though they were just sitting there.

There were little signs of wear and tear, such as paint
chip
ping around the baseboards and some fraying of the carpet, but unless you paid too much, it was hardly a problem, and the furnishing were very new and clean.
