3. Dear concerned Guests, In response to the 1/3/11 and the 6/29/11 claims; unfortunately the Hotel is completely unaware of these two specific claims.

5. ) There was a control on the wall for blinds on the two skylights, but unfortunately it only moved the blinds for one of the skylights.
