1. They did overcharge me - once via Expedia - and again at the hotel - but they remedied the situation right away - thank goodness I checked.

2. My only gripe is that their garage validation evidently didn't take on the garage pass, and our friends were overcharged $26 when, after they asked help on paying, the garage attendant grabbed his credit card and the pass and rang up the bill on the self-serv machine before we caught the overcharge.
