10. They moved us to a slightly large room to accommodate a roll-away bed, then I waited an hour called to see where the extra bed was, waited another 30 minutes, 90 minutes total sitting in the tiny room with a tiny 10 inch (I think) TV in a corner, waiting for the roll away bed.
