1. My only complain is that the bed was too soft for me, so I did not sleep very well.

3. We did not complain due to exhaustion, and the initmidating attitude of reception, but when on returning at 4pm after sightseeing the next day our room still had not received housekeeping, we requested an upgrade as there was a sign in the foyer advising of availability.
