4. It must have fallen off because 45 minutes later we have a rather rude housekeeper banging again, 'You ARE leaving today, right?'Parking is a mixed bag - the lot is attached to the hotel and is uber-expensive ($50 a night) but you have in and out, so if you're going to use the car, it may end up being a bargain.

She apologized, we waited another 20 minutes, the manager asked if we were being helped, we explained our situation at which point the bell man came up and said he was busy and very rudely told us he would go get and was mumbling about us as he left-very bad customer service-given it was their mistake.

7. The front desk called just after we arrived to our room and they apologized and sent up foam pillows, when I opened the door the guy with the pillows said to me, ' You need eight pillows?' I thought this was rude, but realized he had not been informed.

8. The front desk staff were RUDE, the rooms were DIRTY, the bathroom floors were disqusting with BIG red stains everywhere, and our room stunk.
