Wi-fi was free for all guests but quite slow; I'd gladly have paid more for faster wi-fi; the check-in experience was

, with only one employee working at about 6:30pm on a weeknight, so there was quite a line ahead of us.

and a small hotel investment in new pillows for its rooms would've made this place unbeatable in its class.
