1. Maybe it wasn't as fancy as some hotels in the area down there, but the room wasn't drabby or outdated at all, either.

2. The lobby was really rather nice and I found the rooms, hallways and all the other areas to be updated (I'm not sure why another reviewer who was there at the same time would think it was outdated.
