1. Only 2 issues- construction on the parking garage across the street (be ready, jackhammers started at 8 AM), and lousy housekeeping (didn't vacuum most days- we wound up complaining and it was fine after).

3. The following morning, AMEX was able to get my issue resolved and left me a voice message explaining that I could pick up my vouchers for breakfast at the front desk.

5. When we noticed some drilling noises late at night and early in the morning, the front desk staff was able to find out the source and update us on the issue satisfactorily.

8. They also sent an apology letter with a coupon for a free bakery item, free parking or drink in the hotel, which was completely above and beyond as the issue was our fault.
