1. I unfortunately left two coats in my room and housekeeping was fantastic and sent them by courier to me asap.

5. unfortunately, my brother in law, who is military, that was staying in the room next to us, had his car broken in to in the garage that we payed $38 dollars a night for.

6. He worked hard to find us a room unfortunately it took him much longer than it should have and we didn't receive the 1 bedroom suite that we had bboked for but rather a small studio room.

8. Secondly, unfortunately, security measures are in place on the 'lobby' and 'ground' floors, but there needs to be more monitoring of the noise and rowdiness on the upper floors.

9. We did not have a good start as we requested early check-in which unfortunately was not granted, however as they told us that our room would be ready around 5pm (check-in is 3pm) we were quite 'astounded'.
