1. The room was very nice & spacious, but quite noisy if you're at the back of the hotel where there are some popular late night spots hopping on weekends.

2. It was St Patricks Day weekend, and I expected the hotel to be noisy, but it was exceptionally quiet.

3. I'm sure if you're looking for a good value for a family-friendly place, where you plan to stay out late, be noisy, order pizza and watch TV this is a good value for the price, but I won't be letting my company book me here again - I will try a different Marriott brand if I end up in Chicago again.
"Probably nice for families, but stay away if you want a calm, professional place " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/29/2011 Vote
4. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the VERY noisy night club next door which kept me awake on the evening that they opened their roof - to enjoy the lovely night.

8. The pool area is a little small, and was filled with noisy kids when I was there, but I would still recommend taking a trip up there (on the top floor) just to look at the views, if nothing else.
"Gorgeous! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/22/2011 Vote
9. Also, due to the Springhill Suites and the neighboring Residence Inn sharing the pool/hot tub, the pool area was kind of crowded, and noisy, at times.
"Great location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/8/2011 Vote
10. It was a bit noisy, even on the back side of the hotel where we stayed, but it is in the city and so we just ran the fan all night.
"Great Stay " Read full review on Expedia   2/7/2010 Vote
