1. I approached the front desk in the morning and complained about the night club and was told there was some type of joint ownership with the hotel and night club and there was nothing they could do to stop it.

3. i complained at the front desk and they said they took extra out because that if i charged anything to the room, then it would taken out of the extra charge amount and that they would credit my card a couple days after i checked out.
