2. Don't take a route that transfers from the blue line to the red line just to get a block closer because the walk to do the transfer from the blue to red line is very unpleasant - up and down stairs and through a smelly dirty tunnel.

3. The room was not particularly clean: there were numerous stains on the carpet throughout the suite and several large, dirty smudges on the doors.

4. Only disappointment was that I found dirty socks underneath the couch cushion when putting the sofa bed out which lead me to believe they did not change mattress pads between guests.
