1. Avoid any room near 1416 on the spa floor - there is a janitorial or service station door across the hallway that slams at least every 30 minutes if not more often all night long and it's very loud.
"By no means the best! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/11/2012 Vote
2. We had already let them know in the afternoon that the refrigerator was not working, the motor was very loud or breaking, and they were to fix it while we were out and we returned to find it the same.
"Not really a 5 star experience " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/17/2011 Vote
3. Maintenence was able to turn the loud air system off from remote, but again that took time for me to secure having first to allow a maintenence worker in the room, etc.
"Great Service, sadly was required too often. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/5/2009 Vote
4. I moved into this second Spa Suite room and found the air machine as loud as I would expect to find at an interstate hightway motel but I was told that was due to it being some sort of purification system- which the hotel doesn't seem to need anyway.
"Great Service, sadly was required too often. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/5/2009 Vote
5. Bridges, Wrigley Building, tour boats, traffic, pedestrians -- I liked it because it was high enough to not be too loud but low enough to be interesting.
"World-class! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/8/2009 Vote
6. In a pitch black hotel room with 3 phones, you can imagine how disconcerting - and LOUD - that would be.
"Not a 5 star property, by a longshot " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/23/2009 Vote
