1. avoid any room near 1416 on the spa floor - there is a janitorial or service station door across the hallway that slams at least every 30 minutes if not more often all night long and it's very loud.
"By no means the best! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/11/2012 Vote
2. Also close to the L - 5min walk to the orange line if you need to go to Midway to avoid rush hour traffic, same with blue line to O'Hare.
"Truly the best " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/2/2011 Vote
3. I told the front desk that they should avoid rushing their customers, especially after the amount of money we spent at their hotel over the weekend.
"Overall a nice stay but have had better " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/13/2011 Vote
4. * Perfect location for downtown, right on the river, five minutes from Lake Michigan and the Navy Pier; the main shopping street (Michigan Avenue - 'the Magnificant Mile') is right there (although I avoided it this trip.
"Surprisingly, quite wonderful. For business or leisure " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/12/2010 Vote
5. rooms are spacious, good location to avoid michigan traffic, not sure if I like the tub and shower combo, walls are very thin, staff are very friendly and helpful, spa was nice, a little sterile and my services were average, a little disappointed, but again, because of the staff (valet/front desk, concierge especially Gwen) we will come back again.
"very nice weekend " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/28/2010 Vote
